Senior Advisor, Research & Evaluation

LINZ is seeking two Senior Research and Evaluation Advisors to join its small Insight, Research and Evaluation team. The team sits within the Strategy and Stewardship business group, so there is an expectation that research and evaluation (R&E) staff will focus on the strategic priorities for meeting LINZ's outcomes, while at the same time supporting all staff to build an evidence base to inform their core business activities.
The Research and Evaluation (R&E) role is still relatively new to LINZ, so your infectious positivity, and willingness to help others build their knowledge and appreciation of R&E activities will be valued. There is work to be done to increase the profile of R&E; role model the competencies, ethics and standards associated with your professional identity; and develop the processes, protocols and information base for our new team. You may be required to help with developing surveys in Qualtrics, but your expert knowledge across a range of R&E methods is needed in this role.
