    Help us co-design the future of our Association

    In recent months the RANZ Strategic Plan Steering Group has been surveying and interviewing members and non-members to better understand the industry's future needs.

    The research process has resulted in rich insights which were shared with the RANZ Board during March. The next stage is for members and others who participated in the research to help shape the Association's future direction.

    On 11th May members and research participants are invited to attend a co-design session that will be independently facilitated by Mark Buntzen from the agency, The Distillery. The objectives of the session will be to:

    1. Review the main findings of the member survey
    2. Design an agreed purpose that will guide the role and activities of the association
    3. Prioritise the key focus areas and activities of the association within the context of available resources

    There is no cost to participate and the session will be engaging and insightful. We are looking for participants who will come with an open mind and are willing to have their say. Your participation and feedback will be crucial to help us ensure that we are focused on the most appropriate goals and actions for our association.

    The venue caters for up to 40 or so people and it would be great to have a good cross-section of disciplines, ages and interests there. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Should it be needed a second session and/or follow-on session(s) will be considered.
